I'm gonna attempt to make oven roasted chicken breasts for the first time today... hoping I don't mess it up like I messed up the bacon I attempted to fry in a pan the other day XD I smoked out our apt! Smelled lovely in the kitchen, however... ha!

Hey there... I just wanted to let you know that one of my ratties, Shirley, is going thru a medical crisis right now, and everything comm/gift/exchange wise has been shoved off to the side.. She is absolutely my main focus, along with my other rats... I've not forgotten about gifting you a Rattify image, but for the time being, it'll be lumped into the end of the month deadline while I tend to my girl..

  As for the catfish thing, havent gotten to mess with it too much, but like most all fish when it gets cooked, the fillet turns flaky. Best bet would be to batter em up and either fry or bake them! Just remember to work with the products with care, else you'll end up with broken apart, but still completely delicious fish!

  If I ever decide to can/jar/pickle anything, possibly, but I feel the food would spoil before it gets to the said destination ^^;;
  
  Maybe someday in the future we'll be able to ship pipping hot soups and meals to friends and family..
