Look Jeremy. When you first contacted me about posting the images I apologized and told you that I had deleted the images. It should have been the end of it but you had to carry on like a baby trying to get me in trouble with other artists. Its really shows how immature you really are. One thing is for sure - I will not be posting any of your art ever again. Not if this is the way you react to it. All you had to do was say "Hey man, could you please not post my art without my permission?" and that would have been the end of it.
And threatening to sue people only makes you look like a bigger douchebag. I would stop doing that if I was you.-
Fact 1: you never apologized. Fact 2: When I asked you what was up, your response was, and I quote, "Even if I had - and I'm not saying it was me - so what? Why do you care if people see your art? Whats the point of hoarding it? You do know the more people who see it the more they will want to pay for it, right? You don't fight piracy by hiding from it. Look at what that kind of mentality has done to Hardblush. That site is pretty much dead now."
Translated: I don't care.
No apology, no "I'll take it down" (that wouldn't come until later), nothing but warnings to the troll hive that I was watching the thread, and putting up our conversation with more saber-rattling cries to your little troll horde.
You know, if it had not been for that stuff I'd have been content to chalk it up to a simple mistake. But you can't let things go. Next logical stage is to contact the other creators and tell them what's up. Fair play considering what you did. Anyone else would have done the same. But you couldn't cope with that either.
You are the one, in fact, who has been pushing this and making it worse. You, sir, seem to have a very warped sense of remembering simple details, even ones which there is a written record of. I sent you an email. I've got your address. I've got your admission. I've got screenshots going back a long ways. Time to throw in the towel on this one and delete all those repostings. Because the next person you talk to about this whole incident will be a judge.

1. You reposted my stuff.
2. I asked you why.
3. You dropped boilerplate hack angst and then warned your troll sycophants that I was reading the thread. Then you posted our conversation in an image entitled "cry me a river" in a forum which does nothing but spread rumors and call names. As if this is somehow supposed to gain you the "fair treatment" that you appear to be demanding.
4. Fair being fair, I decide to warn other artists about these things you do (things which you see no problem with), which really is just a simple dose of your own medicine.
5. You feel that this is somehow wrong and unjustified.Karma is a bitch. Poke a dog enough times and he will bite you. There's only so much bullshit I am willing to wade through, man, and you picked the wrong time. You say, "What are you going to do, sue me?" I very well could. I had all the evidence I needed, including, now, your own confession to it. All I would need to do is go down to the courthouse with a prefab form and even if you did bother to fly to Florida to contest it, you'd lose, and end up with an ugly blemish on your credit rating or worse. But I'm not going to. Not yet. Because I'm not that big of a flaming asshole and I'm patient enough to sit here and wait for you to grow a pair, be a fucking man, and apologize for what you did.
People are going to believe what they want to believe. But you and I both know that you took a big steaming shit on trust, and that's something you have to live with.
True marks of a sociopath: doing things that are clearly wrong, not seeing anything wrong with them, trying to blame others for your wrongdoing, not feeling any sorrow or guilt, and disliking it when it is pointed out to you.
Maybe you aren't one. But you exhibit all the signs.

If you want to waste your time and money suing me over two images be my guest. You won't win and even if you did I don't have any money as I am on SSI and you can't touch that because its federally protected. And my credit is already fucked up thanks to my roomates ditching out on a lease 3 years ago so do your worse.
