There have been several Monster Hunter games released here in the US, and it is gaining more popularity in general.

Yep, it's really looking up lately, which is good! Other games in the series (like the Monster Hunter MMO) are Japan/Asia-only because Capcom thinks there isn't enough love for it in the western market. I'm hoping that we can show them that's just not true! Especially with how popular MH4U is getting; I've gotten 30 streetpass hunters since its release. :D
