**To expand on each price point: a basic sketch has messy lineart and little to no color. A flat color piece has a clean, hard lineart and complete color, sans shading. A full color piece can be one of two things: a colored piece with cel-shading, or a colored piece with a softer, painted shading and a soft lineart.
