I was first introduced to the fandom in 2000, by a friend who played Furcadia. It really did have an enormous influence on my life. It was my first real introduction to role playing, and by extension writing and character creating, and I met some of my best friends there, including my wonderful boyfriend. It truly helped me through those awkward teenage years.

So if you run across Ace Vruminhowe or Artemi Vruminhowe in Furc, feel free to say hi! I can always be found in Rainbow Bay.
