Glad to say I'm feeling much better!
I had a decent sleep for the first time in days, with no abdominal pain and feeling capable of eating for once, so I ate a plate of food that was about as big as I would normally eat for a small meal and decided to wait a couple hours and see how my body tolerated it.
Four hours later, still no pain, everything seems to function normally. My stomach's not 100% but that's to be expected after a week of barely being able to eat. I'll continue eating mild food whenever I feel OK to do so and see how it goes from here. If I suddenly take another downturn I'm going to the doctor though.
I was able to eat a sensible portion of a normal dinner and I'm holding it well, so if that doesn't send me doubled over in pain I'll be fine.
Food's still kind of going through me rather fast and I feel a bit dizzy, but I think it's just my body re-adjusting to a normal diet and a sensible sleep schedule.

Take it easy
