This is mostly just me making my wishes/rules publicly clear to everyone, as well as a "talk" of sorts, just in case I have young followers here, who ALSO have Instagram... And also mis-use it, and mis-use copyrighted art work.

You may NOT use my fursona and/or other characters for RP or any other reason, and you will NEVER have any permission to do so. I do not and will not ever allow them to be used as such. I don't find it endearing or "complimentary" to see people using my personal characters (that I worked hard to develop and create ON MY OWN) using them for their own selfish reasons and gain.

Make your own damn characters, and your own damn art work. That, or please save up to commission someone, or ask someone who does requests nicely to make art for you, instead of blatantly stealing what isn't yours, and ripping people off.

My characters and my art are MY intellectual property, and you do NOT have the right or permission to use them. My characters are something I worked very hard to create, and they are deeply personal to me. It's extremely hurtful, and irritating when I catch some 12 year old (or any age) re-naming my character and changing her personality, and using art of her, and "making her theirs". It's down right disgusting, and even creepy in a lot of ways.

I DO allow people to re-post my art WITH GIVEN CREDIT. If you refuse to credit me as the original artist/character owner, it is still art theft, and it is still a problem. And I WILL confront you to either give me credit and provide links to my page(s) or to remove it. I give people the CHOICE to keep my art up, and yet they STILL whine, and refuse to credit me! Ridiculous... I don't see how it's so hard to just WRITE MY NAME, and give a link to my page. You have one of those 2 choices. Give credit, or remove it. Please respect that.

I have been VERY patient with people, as I know a lot of people are just young, and make stupid mistakes and don't understand copyright laws. It's okay to make mistakes! But when an artist and/or character owner confronts you and asks you to give credit, or remove their work, you MUST comply with their wishes/rules, instead of being RUDE, and disregarding and disrespecting them and their rules. That reflects POORLY on YOU. Do you really want to make yourself look like that?

Theft/stealing is against the law kids. And it is no different with art work. "It's the internet though!" is NOT a valid excuse to take art work, and "Well art is ALWAYS free to use if it's posted online!" No it isn't. Also, it is rude to say crap like "Well if you don't want your art/characters to be stolen, then don't post it!". No. Absolutely not. This is like telling a rape victim it's THEIR own fault for being raped. Or like telling someone who got mugged in real life it's their fault. Or telling someone who is being bullied it's their own fault for being bullied. It's DISGUSTING, and you only say it to avoid the consequences of your actions, and to point fingers at the victim. How about I turn this argument around to put it in perspective for you?

If you don't want to be caught and convicted of art theft (even SUED for that matter in some cases) then maybe you shouldn't steal art! Gee wonderful idea right?

It is the responsibility of the law breaker to NOT BREAK THE LAW. Not the artists. We have every right to share our hard work without fear of being stolen from and disrespected.

Also, I'm sure most people hear analogies like this: If you went to a store, and saw an item you really wanted, would it be okay for you to just steal it, "just because it was there"? No. It wouldn't. Same with art.

How about that?

Please just stop this theft crap. It's disrespectful to the artists and character owners who put so much work into their creations, and it is disgusting to disregard their rules.

In regards to people who role play as other people's characters: What is wrong with you guys? You have a LOT of wonderfully talented writers in your community, so why steal what's not yours? "I can't draw though!" or "I can't afford my own art though!" is NOT an excuse to steal. Can't draw? Can't afford art work, or to get character designs/adopts? THEN WRITE. I don't care if you can't draw for yourself. That doesn't make stealing okay. If you can't draw or save up to commission an artist, then WRITE your character description. The whole POINT of role playing is mostly literature ANYWAY. Writing IS art in it's own right, so make your OWN art/content with what you've been gifted with, instead of hurting others, and taking what isn't yours.

I will say this once again. YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT OR PERMISSION TO USE MY CHARACTERS, OR TO RE-POST MY ART WITHOUT GIVEN CREDIT.

If you see someone using/role playing as Blitzy or my other characters, please point me to them, or POLITELY point them to this journal, so that they are made aware of my rules. Do NOT be rude to them.

All of this being said, I DO NOT and will NEVER condone the harassment/bullying of art thieves. If you see someone using my art/characters, or someone else's do NOT attack, or bully them, or else you are on the same level as them, and I will not want anything to do with you, as I am extremely anti-bullying, no matter the circumstances.

Don't steal guys. Stealing is stealing, and art work/characters are included. Don't know the artist? Then don't post the picture. Not your character? Then don't use it for RP, or any other reason. It's a very simple concept to grasp really.
