While I understand and even appreciate that creators/users can be notified when others add to your tags, but while we are without the option to approve outside tags or turn off the ability for others to add them, it would really make me feel better when there's a time someone decides to add onto your tags, they'd at least personally notify you before they do it and give a reason why. Or another idea is asking to add certain tags if you're not comfortable adding in tags on your own.

Otherwise, the person's tags you're editing, they don't know if you're doing it for searching reasons, blacklisting reasons, being real petty somehow or anything.

Until then, it's pretty intrusive, even in cases that someone assumes they're helping. I know there's people who don't care either way, so of course this applies to those don't feel all that comfortable with randos slapping additional tags you may or may not want on your stuff.

With all that said, if you happen to feel some stuff really needs certain tags for good reasons, talk to me. I'm all about being understanding and talking things out.
