I found something very interesting on Wizards.com about MtG. A very interesting format called "Freeform". Basically it is a form of deck construction. It has a minimum deck size of 40 cards. You can have any number of any card.

So you can have decks such as:

15 Mox Sapphire and 25 Phyrexian Metamorph

OR

40 Underground Sea and 60 Diregraf Captain

And so on.

I felt that this was extremely overpowered and wouldn't be much fun. So, I created a few rules to make it more playable:

2) Exactly 60 cards in a deck

3) NO sideboard allowed!

4) Banlist MUST be followed (see below)

5) Anything else is allowed.

6) HAVE FUN!!!
