*You will be sent a picture of the completed item before it is sent.

*To obtain a refund You must send the item back in its original state within a few days of receiving it and make your intentions clear and respectful. Theirs no need to be violent over the issue. Once we get the item and look it over, you will be refunded.

If the item is ripped, stained or generally damaged in your care a refund will not be issued.
