She shares a lot of personality traits with Katana, but their big difference is that Xeno doesn't have as many moral boundaries as Katana does; if you put those two in the same situation, Katana will act based on conscious while Xeno will act based on instinct. Like, if an enemy were attacking Katana's husband then she'd fight back and possibly show the attacker mercy. If someone pulled a weapon on Xeno's boyfriend, she would kill that person without a second thought; she's a "shoot first, ask questions later" type of character.

Description: His exact appearance is ever changing, so you can have some creative freedom with him. He can be drawn more or less robotic. whatever the artist is more comfortable with. Emphasize the glowing though. He was made by an old inventor to be his assistant, since his other assistants had been so keen on stealing his ideas. He originally intended to make Pulsifer look completely lifelike, but passed away before his completion. Since then, he has worked on himself, and with other robot creators to enhance his appearance, so it's changed vastly over time.
