Hi friends!

So Inktober went well!
I haven't posted anything here because I feel like it's not quite the place for it, but I did take quick phone pics of everything and post it over on my twitter (@maresy). It was a success! I did get to "think out loud" about my personal project a bunch, and even did a few quick drawings of some characters adopted from others.

In other new, the next felted fursuit head is getting pretty close to done! I'm excited to share that with you all. I think I'm getting better at this, and I'm not too far from a place where I could feel solid about making these for other people.

I wish I could tell you guys just HOW MUCH I would love to open commissions for felted work and be able to participate in community stuff that way, but I'm holding off until after Anthro New England in January. At the con I'll be taking YCH commissions for anthro characters (kinda like the little skunk and raccoon I've posted here) and maybe some other customizable felt critters. If that works out I'll try opening up for commissions here in early 2016.
The other thing on board for early 2016 is, possibly, a group show at a new local gallery - I'm thinking about finally making some 3D versions of the critters in my personal project for that.
