Because of a hefty bill. Money's tight.
In other news, the OpenBOR M.U.G.E.N. project - playable on PC, Original Wii, PSP, Mac, Linux, and a few other platforms, is my new obsession. It's a Mugen that turns whatever is coded into it into a beat em' up game, similar to Final Fight or Streets of Rage. It's variable though. There's "games" for it based on Capcom's Dungeons and Dragons and D&D-esque games, Megaman, Castlevania, Mario, Sonic... - Look it up for your preferred, hacked (or not) device! I promise you there's tons of 2D action game love in the various projects it has spawned. (It's fairly new too! :D).

Oh I will indeed! :D But funnily enough, I've taken to downloading a metric ton of action packed games most recently. PSP stuffs, various PC games, and lots of Mugen stuff. XD
I may be a toughness buff, but I can appreciate what Toby Fox was trying to achieve with Undertale. There's so much love surrounding that game right now that I just have to spend time on it. <3
