Someone besides Dragoneer does the trouble tickets now. I sent them a ban appeal and here is to hoping. I'm scared but hopeful. It'll be very saddening if I don't but I will at least finally have closure and that will be nice. I want the chance to prove that I am not the brat I use to be.
