Lack of Motivation by WindWolf

I've been having a pretty rotten time these last couple of weeks (aside from Comic Con, that was fun), and as such I feel like everything I draw looks like crap. There's going to be a bit of a delay before I can finish some of the commissions I owe. Please be patient with me, I can assure you that they will be finished but maybe not right this minute now.

Bro, you're planning a WEDDING. That drains motivation like no other; you needn't apologize. (Trust - I know. My wedding is on Saturday and I can't concentrate on anything but that.) If I were you, I'd take a few days off. Take care of some IRL junk, have a date with Mr. Dart, take a seven-hour nap, etc. You're motivation and drawing muse will come back soon, just don't burn yourself out c:

I'm not too stressed out about the wedding planning (although it is a contributing factor), it's mostly just been really stupid little things for the past two weeks that's been dragging me down. :p
Dang! Saturday is coming up fast! I bet you're real excited and real ready for it to be over. XXD

*super late reply is super late

Yeah? Did you have fun though or are you just glad that's it's over?

Both, honestly. LOL. The rehearsal and dinner were a BLAST, and the wedding day was crazy fun as well. The day started with a breakfast just for my bridesmaids, mom, grandma, and myself at like 5 am, and then it just got busier from there, but surprisingly I never felt tired, (which I can safely attribute to the fact that I had a small, close wedding party, so there wasn't a lot of overwhelming strangers to deal with) and it was easily one of the best days of my life.

But I'm not gonna lie, it feels REALLY nice to just be able to come home from work and NOT have to plan a wedding LOL. Yours is coming up soon, right? I remember you said November.

I'm glad you had a good time!

Mine's in December, and the planning would go better if my parents would ever just cooperate. Ever. So yeah, I'm just trying to keep my head down and get through it,

I think all brides do that to an extent. Parents I think, care MORE about the perfection of the wedding ceremony/ day than we do. But you'll get through it! Remember it's YOUR special day, and they can't take that from you c:
