Really, think about it. The upcoming Super Mario Maker stage for Super Smash Bros. will have slopes, something you can't do in the game as for now. So I believe that in the next Direct (yes, they have said that Nintendo Direct will still be a thing thank Arceus), so will they announce DLC for Super Mario Maker, which includes slopes and other stage elements. And hopefully some more enemies.

But I believe the announcement of the official winners of the Smash Bros ballot will overshadow whatever they're trying to announce for Super Mario Maker, and anything else they're announcing.
