So, I decided I was going to take a nap at about 430pm.
From 4:42pm until 6:45pm (about fifteen minutes before I "woke up"), our house received THIRTEEN scam phone calls.
Several were from the number 1. No, seriously. THEIR PHONE NUMBER IS A "1". Those are the fake Microsoft techs claiming your computer is sending error messages.
Two were from a "12-1210" number. No idea who they were.
One was private.
Three were from a 502 (Kentucky) area code. Those all came within the same MINUTE. Pretty impressive actually.
The last was from a scammer here in Michigan claiming to be collecting donations for kids.
All numbers were checked via Google and a lovely little site called 800notes.
As none of these calls were answered, all went to voicemail.
Zero messages left. Scammer proof there. ^.^

I'd have smashed the phone, or pulled the landline off XD
