Yep, are involving minor characters in sexual situations are a-okay and dandy
So long as the character isn't drawn in the style of the show and their genitals/breasts-hip(for females) are drawn out of proportion.
I have issued 3 tickets, reporting artwork of characters ranging from 10-16 in sexual situations, with that being the response. Now, I won't disclose the artist/the pieces for their own privacy nor the admin who is replying to the tickets
NO WHERE in the pieces THEMSELVES did the artist state the characters were aged up and in reality, the characters DO NOT look like adults (characters still look like minors in said images despite admins claims that they 'looked aged up')
Images I have ticketed were:
Mabel and Pacifica from Gravity Falls, drawn with large breasts and in very revealing bathing suits with nipples visable (but since they aren't in the style of the show, it's apparently ok, though both characters only being 12 years old)
Stevonnie from Steven Universe, naked (not in the STYLE of the show, but still looks the same as in the show, including age wise, character is the being of two 10 year olds)
And Lars from Steven Universe, masturbating (again, it's the artist's style, but character still looks just as in the show and NOT aged up, as admin says, character only being a teen, estimated 15-17, confirmed to be highschool student)
I HAVE informed Dragoneer of this situation, who HAS told me to message him privately with the issue and said he will handle it. As he said ' It is NOT acceptable', but alas, there has been no reply from him what so ever, despite trying to contact him MULTIPLE times about the issue
I have pointed out to the admin in question who is handling my ticket, that these characters are STILL MINORS and DO NOT appear aged up in said pieces, despite their claims, but they refuse to budge on their claims.
So, despite their TOS, according to admins on this site, so long as the character in question is NOT drawn in the style of the cartoon, it is fine and dandy to post sexual artwork of minors on Furaffinity!~

The thing that's frustrating the most though is, I messaged Neer about it on Twitter (since I know there is no point at all to message him on FA) and he himself gets all offended and saying how minor art is not acceptable, telling me to message him the tickets in question privately. But then he goes quiet and never replies.(i messaged him like, 3-4 days ago when he told me to)
Like, good job acting like you care about your site for a split second, its obvious you love it so much

tbh if I could just use Weasyl I would :/ The only reason I'm still using FA is because thats where the majority of my customer base is and since art is my source of income right now, I have to stay there unless I want to risk not making money anymore

I do understand that, but at the same time, FA is only still around Because people refuse to leave due to their income.. Being involved with FA at this point, is akin to staying in an abusive relationship with a football star/celebrity. Yeah, you may get more customers (ie; money, gifts, fame, etc.) but that doesn't mean that FA cares about you or what you want at the end of the day.

Ah, thanks for the link! I'll check it out. I have managed to get away from FA before, but sadly in the end I got kicked to the balls financially so had to go back to it :/ hopefully this time I wouldnt have to

It's definitely a difficult transition, to be sure. I'm no 'popufur' artist, so i can't attest to the difficulties of a move like this, personally. But i've seen other artists do some of, if not all of what's listed in that journal, and do just fine.
In the end, weaning off of FA slowly, is probably the best, most effective way to go about removing it from one's life. I wish you the best of luck with the transition in any case, if you do decide to give it another go.

I remember reporting several icons before that were clearly sexual in nature (though nothing was showing, except most of the ass) and the response I got from the dog humper(chase) was that he would be perfectly okay showing those things to minors/children. So this doesn't really surprise me.

a part of me hopes FA crashes and burns and Neer abandons it, then hopefully someone who will actually care for the site might pick it up. FA has so much potential, but the staff and admins are just shit :/

This is sadly nothing new... Man I've even reported characters that are spot on to the style of the show, but because their breasts are super inflated/fetished up, they are clearly somehow magically adults.
On a lil side note, we don't really know Stevonnie’s age.
Stevonnie isn't two ten-year-olds in a trenchcoat, but an entire new person in their own right. But that's just.. me getting sidetracked. -

but i guess that doesnt matter since dragoneer is a dude who drew like cheese pizza commissions... typical...
