Expectations

What You Can Expect from Me:
1. Quick Turnaround- Depending on complexity of the piece and how many commissions I currently have, you should be looking at no more than three days from requesting before you have your completed piece. If I feel it will take longer, I will inform you of my expected time frame for approval.
2. Accurate Results, Nice and Friendly, Streamed Work when my computer allows.
3. At least one Approval Stage before shading is done. When this approval stage is posted, you have the opportunity to make changes to color, or let me know if something is wrong with how I have drawn your character, and this will be fixed. If you would like, you can always request a WIP before colors are done, or, if I feel the need, or am concerned about my skill at portraying your character, I will do more WIPs.
4. Once I send an invoice, and the payment is made, you will have the completed picture within 24hrs of paying, unless otherwise stated. If anything is going to keep me from that time frame, you will be properly notified.
5. I will retain the rights to use the picture as I choose. It will remain posted on my accounts, but the character will always be credited to you. If I ever want to try and make prints, or any other money off of a commission done for you, I will ask permission first before I do so, and the credit for who the character belongs to will always be given to you.
6. If for any reason, a commission needs to be cancelled, I reserve the right to charge for the work done. How much I will charge will depend on what stage of the picture is completed, with a 25% discount. (For example, if the stage I am at, say a lined picture, would cost $10, I will charge 8.75 for the work done)
7. If you are truly unsatisfied with the piece upon completion, you will be refunded 85% of what was paid. I will keep the 15% for the time spent on the piece, and for changes not being made during the approval stages. But I don't plan on you being unsatisfied.

What I Will Expect from You: (Or What You Can Do)
1. Before the completed piece is posted, I will expect the payment to be sent via paypal. This will be done through invoices, once the approval stage is approved, I will ask for your Paypal, and I will send the invoice. The completed piece will be posted and complete within a day of the invoice being paid.
2. Once the piece is complete, it is yours to post, use as reference, or even make edits to if you ever desire. The only thing I expect is that credit for the piece is always given to me. You may not use the piece to make prints, or resell it in any manner. But! You can print it out for yourself if you so desire.
3. I will expect you to remain civil and polite, and to respect me as a person. This is my job, and I will do my best to make sure that you, as my customer, receive everything you want or need out of me. :)

How Payments Will Be Done:
1. I will mostly be using Paypal.
2. Once the piece is approved, I will request your Paypal, and send you an invoice.
3. Once the invoice is paid, I will begin the final stage of the picture.
4. You will have your picture within 24hrs of paying, unless otherwise stated. Notification of any delay will be given promptly.
5. I will have Google Wallet as an option too if you do not want to use Paypal for any reason.
