TL;DR
So this is my journal I posted on FA that was promptly removed and caused me to get suspended for a total of 30 days

End TL;DR

Regarding Code of Conduct, Section 1.5 I do admit that I got a bit rude prior in the Fender journal to quoting_mungo and you can see for yourself here: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/6944093#cid:46816853 also you can see all my comments by searching my name with Ctrl+f and typing in "ToxicAudri" I have nothing to hide, and my dealings with the head boy himself I have all capped so you can judge for yourselves. http://imgur.com/a/MPvhf#50

Now on to the substance, Code of Conduct, Section 1.2 as you can see from my journal I only provided screen caps and links to the journals themselves you can see for yourself what was included in them via the screenshots (I know its rather hard to read I do apologize for that. just zoom in and it will be easier to read) however this was actually my first offense for section 1.2 not the 7th as claimed, I regret not capping all the notes I have received about admin warnings to show this is total bull, but I do have them archived in my notes that I cannot access until I am unsuspended (never deleted any notes) a short sight on my part. however the reason given is "You have done this by posting a journal linking to logs containing leaked personal correspondence." a whistle blower called them out and I get a instant 7th offense suspension for linking to that journal, the whistle blower in question is actually Renashe who has also been suspended as well.

Code of Conduct, Section 1.10 You can see for yourselves, where is the pornographic material? I made sure all my caps/links were G rated or PG13 do to language, but not one single link was to any porn what so ever, clearly a false charge, but you be the judge.

All in all they took what they could being the 1.5 that I admit is true on a few occasions ,

1.2 I did link to a journal that had "leaked personal correspondence." but never received prior warnings as it was my first offence.

and finally 1.10 a trumped up charge completely you can see for yourselves there is no penors or vagoos or anything relating to such so there was and is no porn being linked, I am now being threatened and intimidated to keep my head down and ignore future whistle blowers that should arise under threat of perma-ban, all because someone can't handle the truth.

I will state for the record that none of us know just who suspended us, this would be a prime example of why having transparency would help greatly, to weed out the staff who trump up charges just to make a suspension or ban seem legit.

Yes there is a very serious problem with the big man himself that I am sure surprises no one, I will be the first to admit I tried to help him, I tried to get him to make good on just one of his many promises, mainly regarding the weekly journals, a small task in the grand scheme of things considering he has plenty of time to mess around on twitter and ESO.

So yes as we can see just from the few examples I have provided Neer’s word is as good as shit covered in chocolate and sprinkles, it looks good but it’s still shit, I mean I get you will be busy, but how hard is it to honestly take a few moments out of your free time to sit down and type up a journal when you clearly have all this time to mess about on twitter and playing games that we all know he does.

Now we all know that Neers primary job is the site itself, however it’s quite obvious to many myself included that Neer has no interest in actually doing a job that requires actual work, the site is still vastly outdated even with corporate income from IMVU, a new server that has been moved over already so no excuses there, the main reason I see for his lack of keeping this latest promise? Well he is simply too busy I mean just look at all the time he has to devote to twitter or the cons (Brony con) he goes to cleary he has better ways to spend his free time then doing icky work on the job he gets paid for that I would remind you he gets paid for, I mean really is it really so hard or too much to ask for him to make good on one, just one small promise, to have a weekly journal to keep us all informed on the work he claims is going on, but we are all very much in the dark as to what work is actually being done, just the classic Neer answer “we are working on it”

What really you can’t even get another on your staff to post on your behalf? Are you so inept that you can’t think on how to keep your promises rather than excuses as to why you can’t keep them? Neer this is absolutely ridiculous we have dealt with this shit for far too long, it’s a wonder that the site still even has users at this point, if not for the fact that the fandom for better or worse is based in FA I would bet everything I own that it would be a dead site already, much of the stuff promised in updates has already been done by sites like Weasyl, folders? yeah they got them already, Character gallery? Yep that too, direct reply to shouts? you guessed it another fail on FA staff that Weasyl already has!

I am tired of the lies, I am tired of the hollow promises, I am sick of the excuses and the clear messing about you do Neer, from twitter, games and cons, its fine if you actually did your job to start with and kept some of your promises, but really?! A journal is too much to ask, too much work to do?

I suggest it is high time the fandom made the jump to another site, if Neer won’t make good on his word then we can’t trust him plain and simple, he is the boss and his actions reflect on the site and staff as a whole, this is the image people see of the fandom, do we really want to have to deal with things that should already have been addressed, implemented or done? Do we really want people new to the fandom to see such a sorry site that is still vastly outdated, overrated and poorly managed?

I suggest this move for largely two reasons, the first being that the fandom cannot let itself be anchored down on a site or we face issues like this with staff that get too comfortable with the undeserved success they have because of the number of users they have, the second is it gives other sites a real chance at competing with the large ones like FA, Weasyl for example has a really good chance at being a good site if it just had a sizable user base like FA has, the third is if this wont kick Neer in the nads and get his ass in gear and actually pump out the updates like he promised then nothing will, as a matter of fact Neer counts on us the users to keep his comfy job so he can buy what he wants, do what he wants and mess about as he pleases with the bare minimum amount of work he can get away with.

It really pained me to see what happened to Renashe, since I know how much she loved and supported the site. But...you know...I am glad I left. I won't be going back to that site. My reason was personal and I was just tired of being harassed by random people. But knowing all this is behind the scenes make me uncomfortable to know I was on the site, ever...I hate people like that and I hate that people still feel they HAVE to support the site because they feel "they have nowhere else to go" and "I can't get business elsewhere". One day...when IMVU forces the changes that we know will come (the rumoured "paywall" for "Premium Services", for instance)--that will finally be when the average person will finally leave the site. But the longer people stay there...the more "support" the site gets to continue on in its stupid path. headdesk

  It really is sad to see all this, I had hope things would change for the better, just like Neer promised, but after all this I don't have that hope at all I see the monster that he is and what the site actually became, Neer loves the money and power and could care less about the community as is still being shown he refuses to talk about it at all, my guess is that he hopes the drama will die off like so many issues of the past have before, but I know Ren, and I know she will be persistent because to her its not about her its about the community and exposing his lies and falsehoods, Neer can't stand what he sees in the mirror and that is his own fault.

    I honestly can't believe that...despite all the hate for IMVU coming in...that IMVU hasn't diciplined Dragoneer for doing what he's doing to the site. As a business, they need to responsible for their employees and employee conduct in representing their business. Ignoring things won't make them go away and I believe Dragoneer needs to grow up and be an adult...and being an adult means sometimes you have to do things that you consider "work".
    
    I can't go to work everyday and hide in a corner reading a book, simply because I work in a Library...heck, I would LOVE if I could do so...and if I don't do my job and shelve the books and all, people notice and I would get diciplined. It shouldn't be any different if the business is a website...especially one that serves a massive community.

      You hit the nail on the head, since the whole thing started Dragoneer has be silent faving porn and likely playing games and even going to cons like brony con, aside from the little work he actually does, to put it into perspective, he works yes, but it would be like shelving a book or two every 30min to an hour, its not productive and he can't even show the vast majority of work that he claims is going on because as he put it he is too busy with things.
      
      honestly I would love to have his job, I can deal with people being rude online, it doesn't bug me in the slight bit, setting my own hours would be a huge plus on top of being paid for it all, while I have no clue how to code I could manage a team, get weekly progress reports from them and submit that in a weekly journal to let the user base know what is going on and to show that work is actually being done as well as how soon to expect changes.

        LOL things would improve that's for sure at the very least, I value suggestions and others input, I know that people expect a quick response from those in charge, I know that time has a way to make things fester, that evidence is key and actions speak louder then words ever will, its honestly a shame that Site lead is not an elected position on FA, things might actually run smoother if that was the case.

        Its very likely that IMVU will simply pull the plug completely too that is if they don't try to resell it, but I highly doubt too much hassle and effort at this point what with them paying for a brand new server for the site and all.

        I can't imagine IMVU will want to keep the site if no one does anything worthwhile to keep it afloat over there. Unless...the mysterious and rumoured paywall occurs. @_@

        The second server would be the old one that failed more often then not, but I have heard rumors that the new server is actually located in IMVU headquarters, it means that IMVU would have to send the data back over if a backup is not made should they want to dump their losses, as I said more effort then its worth, easier to just wipe and be done.
        
        but since a vast majority of users are using adblockers to block ads on the site (its mixed though some have an exception for artists ads not all though) but IMVU is already losing money more then likely with how many people are not actually seeing and clicking on ads, and artists are hurt by it too, many won't pay for new ads if they don't see any improvement in numbers for it, so that paywall may actually become the thing IMVU pushes for because its largely about them making back their investment.

        Yeah...I'm pretty certain the paywall will happen...it may be for the things that have been promised for years (folders, high-def uploads), but I also suspect that uploading adult content and going around a limited submission quantity (per day) will also become potential for paywall services. The only question is WHEN. I think people who are "stuck" there should start exploring the other options...it is NOT going to be a good thing if the site gets the paywall, nor if the site merely vanishes one day (due to IMVU being fed up about no money).

        It makes me wonder if someone can actually report this to IMVU, but not through FA. I get the feeling that IMVU doesn't really know the depth of situations over there. But if they do and don't care...it shows that an awful corporation has taken over at FA. :(

        Well it is stated that Neer has complete authority of FA still and can do as he sees fit, odd thing for an employer to do for a new employee that has yet to prove themselves, must have talked the good talk ole Neer is good at that really, got many of us to stick around for a decade or so.

        It all depends on what is in the contract that he supposedly has with IMVU, so until we see that no way to tell at all, all we do know is that IMVU doesn't care and Neer has full authority with FA dealings.

        Fat chance, he gets paid to do what he wants, when he wants, how he wants. and has no clear over-site, practically a dream job, even the people of the site don't get on his case all that much, its just a few really, and any who speak out are labeled as haters, salty, drama lamas for lack of a better term, and just plain stupid, its absolutely driven me further away from FA with the amount of people that have their head so far up Neers ass they can see what he is eating, and even more that are apathetic to enacting real change, people have become too self absorbed and just plain don't give a shit and it makes me sad.
        
        FA will never change and I am at the point that I give up on the fandom within FA as a whole, they rather wallow in filth, fine enjoy it while it lasts, I am seriously just feeling rather done with it all and will stick to people whom actually have redeeming qualities within the fandom like yourself and of course Mao, its been a long week and I am just sick of not being able to do anything about anything, be it politics, religion, or even real change for the better on a single site.
        
        ^ yes largely my depression talking but sadly its true.
        
        but all in all, on the bright side, Weasyl has just about everything promised by FA staff, and the staff I have only heard good things about thus far, they listen and respond to questions and suggestions and seem to have an awesome record at putting updates out on a timely manner, I don't need to ask to see that they are working because I can see they are.

  My only concern is the community, I could care less about the staff they made it clear they don't care, its clear they only care about protecting their own asses rather then better the site as they have claimed countless times, that the promises we see made are never really intended to be kept unless there is huge outrage for not holding up the promise, FA is on the path to a flaming wreck, the fire is lit and the flames continue to spread, all while Neer and cohorts sit about and fix minor issues now.
