Hhhhh..... okay I don't really know where to begin this journal off with.....

Alright..... I got some major issues that suddenly appeared out of no-where, and some of these issues have been on-going. So this is primarily goes way back when to when I was living with my ungrateful spiteful grandfather which was only for about a year until I decided to leave his place and to live somewhere else.

Besides the long story short.... Even though I had stopped living with him, he still manages to cause me problems, and fabricating a story to police that I assaulted him is absolute bullshit. He did self-harm to himself apparently to make it look like he was assulted, which he did to himself becuase he's that kind of person to manipulate people.

Well today I suddely get a letter in the post saying I got a penalty for not appearing in court saying I should pay up, not just 1 letter but 2 letters, one saying $461 and the other $1461, issued on the same date. I was never notified in time that there was gonna be a court date, but here's the interesting part, they made sure it was sent out before it could reach me in time of the court date that they set which they posted out to me on 4th August, and didn't reach me until THE DAY the actual court date was suppose to be, which meant I missed it, not on purpose mind you! They sent it out before it could reach me, and too early of a date I might add. People really can't tell time here or know when things will be delivered it seems.

....and so it brings me to now… I've no fucking idea what to even do right now… I'm at a loss here, and there's no fucking way I could even pay off some penalty notice of $1461, which I might add they want me to pay up by 7th September, which is too fucking soon, and ridiculous… I don't have that kind of money, and there's no way for me to get that much in time for that! >n<

this is the part where I just feel like killing myself right now.... but I'm not gonna.... instead I'm gonna ask YOU if you have any advise or suggestions on what I can do, keep in mind this is Australia, and if you know about Australian law or how things works that be helpful...

Also if you can I'd really appreciate any help I could get from anyone if they are able to donate to help me out with this stupid mess that my grandfather has caused me.
