Zorayda's Terms of Service for Art Commissions

Disclaimer-Take a look at my gallery to make sure you like my style. Each commission is done to my best ability, but I will not draw anything mimicking anyone's style but my own (or possibly an established fandom's).

What I will not draw:

I draw all sorts of things, NSFW/explicit art included. I will not draw certain fetishes I am uncomfortable with, including, but not limited to: scat, watersports, vore, non-sexual torture, excessive gore or violence, necrophilia, or any other disturbing topics. I reserve the right to refuse a request I am not comfortable with. IF YOU PURCHASE NSFW ART, YOU ARE GUARANTEEING LEGAL AGE FOR PORNOGRAPHIC WORKS.

My rights:

I have the right to upload my art anywhere I wish. I will do anonymous commissions if asked. My art is not for resale when you commission me, however you may have it for personal use however you desire. I only ask that you keep my signature and give me credit when reposting your commission or using it elsewhere. Artists who commission me may also color in any lineart/alter the piece (aside from removing my signature) in any way they please. Non-commissioning people are not allowed to do this.

Payment

I accept PayPal only. I require all payment before commissions are started EXCEPT when the payment reaches over $60. Only then will I accept half up front and half when the product is finished, though you will only receive the files on payment completion. I write the invoices for PayPal--please do not try and pay me before you receive the invoice for tax and recording purposes. If for any reason I am unable to finish your piece, or you change your mind on getting said commission, I will return your money on these conditions: 1)I have not gotten past the sketch stage of your work, 2)I am unable to finish your piece for any reason, or 3)You want a partial refund for a piece. This means you won't get the final product and will only keep what you paid for.

Length of time to complete artwork

This varies per art piece type and my schedule. Sketches will be done relatively quickly (same day at times, most of the time within the week unless I am away from the desk for vacation etc.). More complicated drawings, especially illustrations, may take a few weeks or even a couple of months to complete. Please allow me time to finish your work adequately, I am a busy person but I promise I will get to you with satisfactory artwork.

Commissioning me

I will take commissions from anyone via notes on my various art sites, e-mail, or even Skype if you have me on your list. Your name will not appear in the commission queue until I receive payment. My PayPal information will be unlisted, since I send invoices to you.
