Hey everyone!

The new YCH CHIBI AUCTION is now up: DRAGON'S COVE BUS STOP ( http://www.furaffinity.net/view/17129365/ ). There are 16 slots available, including one large slot for a dragon fursona. There are four slots dedicated to any type of dragon based species! Limited slots this time, so make sure you get yours as soon as possible before they are all taken! Don't miss out!

I went the extra mile and bought a Playstation 3 Super Slim 500GB system. I already have a Playstation 3 Slim system, however it only held 120GB and now, only 6000MB was left on it. Since I have over 30 games and didn't want to get rid of them, I decided to buy another system and do a system transfer. Half my day was me checking the systems to make sure nothing went wrong. Near Xmas I MIGHT buy a PS4. I'm not sure. E3 was kindof disappointing to me here and there. Definitely eyes the new DOOM and LAST GUARDIAN as well as STARFOX ZERO for WiiU.

I have not heard anything from Archaia about them accepting my comic Lucid's Dream ( http://lucidsdream.webcomic.ws/ ). Chapter 4 is near completion and I want to try to get it out before I move on to Chapter 5. I like the way Archaia handles and manufactures their hardcover books and I want my comic to get the same treatment. I could always go to RabbitValley again since I know they do a great job on printing and publishing, but Archaia sells their books online AND in bookstores. I will continue to wait until I get any email from them ( if any ). If not, Ill look around for other publishers. Ive worked over 4 years on this comic and I really want it to get out there instead of it being a webcomic.

I know everyone will ask "Why not do a KickStarter for Lucid's Dream". Kickstarter is great and all, but it takes over one year to get everything prepped and ready. I have to find a printer and publisher for my comic, find the total cost, get an editor etc. It takes a while. So maybe my next project I will do a Kickstarter.

Got into French Class. Got out of French Class.

I only stayed for 2 French courses and I left. The first day was an "introduction class" where the teacher spoke all in French and handed us three thick activities books written all in French. Most of the class could only speak in French OR Spanish and they all knew each other from previous classes. I had a hard time understanding the teacher since more of what she said ( all in French ) I was completely lost. I told her that I wasn't understanding what she was saying and she told me ( in English ), that I should just sit back and just take it all in. Second day, we had to do activities in our books - word problems that I had no idea what they said or meant. Nothing was in English in that book. I asked for help and she answered me IN FRENCH. This felt more like ADVANCED FRENCH then BEGINNERS.

I went to the office and canceled my class - told them that it was too advanced for me, even though it was supposed to be for beginners! From what I gathered, most to all the students all came from a class before this one. That's how they knew the teacher and why the teacher skipped over several exercises in the activity book just to try to "catch up" to the students learning level, leaving me confused and lost. I was offered two choices: try another class or be part of a volunteer class group where I will be with a teacher who will slowly teach me French at my own pace.

I decided to stick with my Duolingo program on Val's iPad and if I want a one on one season, I ask Val or any of my friends to talk to me in French... What an adventure...

    I feel your pain
I was thrown into a 12 month course intended to be done in 24, 6 hours a day, the last 2 of which had no ciriculum and were left to the discretion of the teachers, some of which were good, some of which had no idea how to gague how far along their students were or if their style of teaching worked for them, finished with 54% and was informed I was bilingual now.... yeah, not so much.
