That's when you creep right back... stare back at her and then make a slooooow creeeepy smile like you got some plotting going on. Maybe throw in a little squinting with the creeper smile. And if you have to blink, blink slowly and creepily. Then use your pencil or something to pretend to write something creepy in the air but really you're just scribbling.
