HitFilm is a software package for editing and compositing video , and adding special effects. This is an alternative to Adobe after Effects,and allows for editing, color grading, and adding effect in layers, similar to AE, but witha slightly different methodology. Hitfilm express is the free version of their full package, which is still a lot cheaper than the adobe programs. So for those of you that work in video, or 3D, this package may be exactly for you. You are REQUIRED to advertise it to your friends to unlock the download page. Even if free, they have to get their value somewhere, I suppose. I just fobbed it off on my Google Plus account which I don't use, so that's all good.
