By commissioning me, you are binding yourself to the following terms and conditions! Please read this document very carefully to avoid confusion or potential conflicts. Thank you in advance for your time.

In order to receive a quote for a commission, please refer to my price sheet! Note me with the subject line ‘COMMISSION [your username]’ and describe what you would like. I will send you my paypal information once a price has been settled. Only USD will be accepted.

I also charge a small tax fee to account for what paypal takes.

All commissions of $80+ may be paid half upfront and half once a WIP is sent and approved. Postage required for any physical commissions will be included in the paypal charge.

REGARDING PAYMENT PLANS:

-> I require at least 2/3rds or 66% payment before I will START.

-> Deadlines will be discussed and accommodated to the customer, however, a payment plan is not an excuse to procrastinate on payments. Product will be watermarked until full payment is received.

-> I do not "earn" pieces of the payment plan. It is the customer's responsibility to pay and they are not obligated to receive a work-in-progress unless the piece is $80+.

REGARDING COMMISSION CONTENT:

-> I will not accept commissions for adult art, fetish art, extreme gore or humans.

-> For all commissions that are NOT a reference sheet, the best way to guarantee I draw your character accurately will be to provide me with a reference sheet. I will only alter finished pieces if there is a HUGE error on my part.

-> I do not provide WIP sketches unless the commission is $80+.

-> I reserve all rights to refuse a commission.

-> I, the artist, reserve all rights to use and repost the commission image. I will not sell commissioned work to any third party.

-> You MUST credit me if you repost the commissioned image.

-> I reserve all rights to cancel a commission at any point and time if the agreements of this TOS are violated. A refund will be given based on the remaining work on the commission.

NONE OF THESE RULES ARE UP FOR DEBATE.

You may not harass, disrespect or attack me via notes, shouts or comments. You may not harass, disrespect or attack anyone who comments on my page via shouts or comments.
