After looking at the voting turn out again, it reinforced my thoughts about Porygon-z and it will remain suspended from the winners group. The thing is this; I don’t like the idea of drawing up something brought about in a suspicious matter, as it would be more distracting than anything else at the moment So after looking at the timestamps for the votes, the winners have been decided now.. Also made some changes to the placement, so there is a new number two and three as well.
