ryngs had an accident with his bicycle. He's just banged-up a bit, but his bicycle is totalled. It was his only means of transportation, (other than shanks mule.) He cannot afford to replace it.

ryngs has several outstanding commissions and one thing he used his bicycle for was to bring home art supplies to do them with. (Another was to take finished commissions to the post office to send.) While he can sell (and is selling) commissions to earn enough to replace it -- a single 16"X20" painting would do it -- he will not be able to fulfil them immediately. Reluctantly, ryngs has admitted that he needs help and is asking for donations.
