Let me just say this now: job hunting is, next to having a fatal disease/injury and giving birth, the most horrible experience in the world. I don't even want to think about how many places I've checked into that aren't hiring or haven't given call-backs, the number would just be depressing. In any case, I may be headed to my second-to-last resort choice...Starbucks. Not that it's a horrible place to work, mind you, I have friend who used to/currently work there that enjoy/ed it, but it's just not my cup of coffee, y'know? (ahahaha, puns~) I'm not sure if I could really handle the blow to my integrity if I go work somewhere I'm not completely sure I would be happy. That, and my crippling social anxiety doesn't really help things, but what can ya do? Money's money, and at this point, I'm almost willing to work anywhere just to get myself off the ground.

On that note, I do have digital commissions open. That being said, I would like to see how much I could raise through commissions to put into savings for a 'rainy day', because as luck would have it, I have more of those than is pleasant to think about. Not surprising, really, but there's not much to do about that, I suppose!

All in all, so far I'm really enjoying my experience here on Weasyl. At lot of the features are so much more convenient than what FA was lacking, so odds are that I'll likely be using this site as my main base for art etc. etc. I'm glad I made the move!
