Today I finally got the living room picked up.

Kobi had already moved his desk back into our bedroom from the spare bedroom, so it was just a matter of moving boxes and stuff into the spare bedroom for now. We finished up by setting up the bookshelf and my stereo (which has been laying in boxes since we moved to Oregon) and the energy in the room seems transformed.

It will be nice once we get a couch and a few items of furniture in the room. I want a space where we can entertain friends and not be embarrassed by the mess.

I'll probably get back to more cleaning, including a thorough sorting through of everything in the apartment and a much-needed deep cleaning of the walls, floors, and carpets, after Kobi and I get back from California. I anticiptate that as much as 40% of the clutter in my space is junk.
