So I saw Fury Road and
I think the hype is totally justified, and any complaints from the 'manosphere' about feminist agendas being pushed down the collective throat are hilariously unfounded.

If this is what feminist films look like, then sign me the fuck up. Furiosa is a brilliantly done character, Charlize Theron absolutely KILLED IT. Although I wonder if it's fair to call Max and Furiosa deuteragonists? I just appreciatr that it's about Furiosa's quest, it's HER impetus that moves the plot along, and Max is just caught up in the insanity.

They also did a fantastic job getting me to care about Nux, when they could have easily just had him along as a throwaway source of pratfall humor.
