• Requests are reviewed within two weeks time of quote submission. A reply email/note will be sent back once an estimated price is determined. I understand some people are having issues with sites like PayPal and I will be able to accept different forms of payment like Esty or Google Wallet upon request. I will ask for form of payment if your quote is converted to an order.

• Quotes may be requested while commission slots are opened or closed, but new commissions will not be converted to orders if all slots all closed. I can put your quote in an overflow queue by request, but that queue does not get looked at until the next round of open commissions. I will notify people in that queue once that new period starts and see if they still would like to proceed with a commission.

• The normal down payment required for fursuits and parts depends on the quote. For example:

Individual parts vary based on the complexity of construction (i.e. fur colors, number of items requested, etc.)
Quote prices between $750-$1499 requires a $200 down payment
Quote prices between $1500-$1999 requires a $250 down payment
Quote prices between $2000-$2999 requires a $300 down payment
Quote prices between $3000 and up requires a $350 down payment

• My usual production time is three weeks to a month and a half depending on availability of supplies. I have a separate day job along with OWC so I usually am only available to respond to emails and notes in the afternoon/evening. I can sometimes do rush jobs upon request.

• Once a commission is mailed, there will be insurance on the shipment. If I'm at events like conventions, I can also hand-deliver your commission free of charge.

• If you decide to cancel a commission before shipment you will get back a percentage of the money you have already sent as payment:

Commission cancelled in first week: 70%
Commission cancelled in second week: 50%
Commission cancelled in weeks after (if applicable): 20%
Rush jobs are dependent on time, terms will be discussed if the quote is approved

• Should you decide to cancel the commission and it is completed without shipment, I reserve the right to sell the finished product on FurBuy.
