Lineart + Networking by Muck

I've been testing the waters with this messed up brightness, and boy it's not great. It's a strain on my eyes, that's for sure. However it doesn't hinder me from doing sketches or lineart, but colors look dull and muddy.

So I want to do something I haven't really done before. I'll be offering lineart commissions for $10, official journal to follow.

I'm also in the market for social or art sites. I already have Weasyl, Facebook, Tumblr, Deviantart, and Twitter. I'm trying to be better with PR, and I need to get on more places to spread my art. I've been increasing how often I update stuff. Any suggestions? Furry or not. I'm not familiar with a lot of the furry artsites, even though I know I probably tried in the past.

You didn't mention sofurry, which is another furry art site.

I wish I could help but I pretty much just use Weasyl exclusively

      Oh, also inkbunny

I've been debating whether or not to use InkBunny. I tried to use it back when it was new, but I didn't like seeing cub porn even though I filtered those tags. I blame the posters for not properly tagging their work. That's my own stipulation about that site. I don't care what people look at, it's just something I don't want to see.

yeah i don't vouch for the content or quality of the sites, just that I know they exist.

maybe if you make book covers you can get some attention on furry literature sites?

            That's not a bad idea :o

^^^ Those are the only other mostly furry sites I am aware of. Though I think there was rumor of a new one popping up, but I haven't seen anything about it.

A new one? When did the rumors start if you know? If it was around the time of a FA Exodus, I can understand why the rumors started lol

The only one I know that you haven't posted is Instagram, and it seems to be more geared toward traditional artists. You can get digital art on there, it's just kind of annoying.

I have a personal Instagram, actually. I'll have to make a side account for art then, because you're definitely right about the traditional mediums being praised there. A friend of mine does a lot of geeky paintings and his stuff is getting decently popular.
