how do you get pac to finally go to her first convention? by pac

i am stoked to announce that next year i'll be one of two guest of honor artists at anthro new england, a hip young convention out of Cambridge, MA. it's both exciting and scary since this will actually be my first convention ever. i'm looking forward to it!
still a lot of things i'll be figuring out (should i sell anything? should i host a panel?) but for now i am just getting hyped up (well... as hyped as i can get while still in a lot of post-wisdom teeth extraction pain). looking forward to meeting folks and having fun next year :)

thanks for the feedback! i'll definitely be looking for suggestions a little later as far as what folks might want from me as a dealer or a panelist. gore panel could be fun!

Oh how cool! There's nothing quite like a first con, you sort of get there and go "Wow, look at al these people! All these weirdos! And I'm one of them!" Very bizarre for like 5 seconds before ya dive in. It'll be great fun,I'm sure!

If I could offer my advice/opinion... They'll probably give you a free table in the Dealers' Room (most cons do this for their GOH), and if you want to make money I would definitely sell and take commissions. And hosting a panel is fun too! You could talk about how to draw horror/gore, explain your techniques, or do a panel about anything art or furry-related.
