5-Once a commission is accepted, Ill note you my paypal info, I will not start it till it is paid

6-Depending on the complexity of the character, the price may be altered, be prepared for this. (Super difficult character designs/tattoos/dragons/fanart if applied to this/etc)

7-I HAVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE A COMMISSION.
