How is everything with you right now?
I’m in a funk of a Wednesday which reminds me that I haven’t asked how you lot are in a while - I really hope that your day is going okay <3

If it isn’t and If you can’t manage self care right now, at the very least open the windows for 2 minutes just to let some of the outside in if you can (and actually, that reminds me I’ll do just that right now)

As an aside: Is there anything you’ve ever wanted to ask but were too nervous to do so? Please feel free (and you can take it to my notes if you would like to talk about something you didn’t want to discuss publicly)
