What hotel are you staying at?
I will not be. I have the luxury of living approximately ten minutes away from the GSR.

Arrival/Departure
I'll be dropping off my art around the designated time on Friday. As far as attending goes, since I'm not pinned down location-wise we'll be playing it by ear. Either we'll be wandering around on Friday, Saturday or maybe both. This will be my first proper convention so it will come down to how exhausted all of the people will make me.

Means of transportation?
Technically I could walk the entire way, but I'm not one for Reno's horrendous burning orb around May and since the fiance so conveniently got a new car, we will be driving.

Are you sharing a room with someone?
Certainly not. And no crashing at my house either!

Who do you hang out with?
will be coming with me since you can't really have one without the other. I'm not expecting to hang out with anyone else in particular, but if we hit it off I'm definitely open for such.

No. I'm generally not one for raucous gatherings, especially with so many strangers.

Not in public. I have a strict "One drink maximum" that I adhere to, and since the partner is the designated driver he will not be at all.

Refer to the above, although if you insist you can always buy us milkshakes at Johnny Rockets or a Monster, heh.

Absolutely not.

Probably not.

How do I identify my self to you?
A greeting like any polite person generally suffices. "Hi!" is just fine. You could always supplicate yourself in front of me and lavish me with praise and accolades but really, you shouldn't embarrass yourself like that.

Rules of engagement (physical contact)?
Handshakes are alright. Hugs, pats or touching of any kind by anyone other than the partner is most definitely not welcomed unless I initiate it first.

How can I find you?
I'll be the short, masculine-looking punk chick with liberty spikes, spiked collar, denim vest with studs and patches on it, knee-high boots and an aloof, distant demeanor. I'll be wandering with who is a good foot taller than me and will no doubt be terribly goth.

Can I talk to you?
Most assuredly! Please don't be intimidated by us! We generally prefer to be approached first but under normal circumstances we are actually quite friendly. I'm generally the more personable and talkative of the duo and like the secretly massive dork that I am if you get me going on the right things I will bend your ear for hours. Know that I am not really a furry so certain furry-centric topics will either annoy me or go right over my head.

Can I give you lots of money?
Please do, in the form of commissions! I will make you glorious art. Bribes are considered on a case-by-case basis (being facetious there).

Can I give you stuff?
Depends on the "stuff." If it's art and loot? Definitely.

Can I hug or snuggle with you?
Resounding NO.

Can I come to dinner with you?
Myself and the partner are cordial and gracious and would consider it, although we are low on funds currently so we'd have to play that by ear. We're not insensitive churls and would rather turn you down than make you pay for dinner.

Can I hang out with you?
I don't see why not, although there might be times of the day where I'll be less personable. But as I mentioned above, if we hit it off and either we offer or you ask, perhaps so! If one was interested in venturing outside the GSR, being a local I can show you where some of the best haunts, emporiums and eats are.

Can I take your picture?
Ask me first! I'm not big on surprise shots of me. More than likely I will say yes every time!

How do I know if you're not looking to socialize (angry, busy or upset)?
Hm. If body language isn't enough? I'll be standing well away from most of the public areas and if we continue to be bothered we will simply leave.

Personality Type?
Outwardly we are both distant and detached, content to simply people watch if no interaction is forthcoming. We may seem pretentious on the outside but we are genuine individuals who love to talk about mutual interests. Also if you care about MBTI types, we are both classic INTJs if that helps with your assessment.

What's your goal for the con this year?
To see what all of the fuss is about. To sell my art and see art. Also furry/people watching during it sounds like an enjoyable way to pass the time. And above all, to talk with or network with more fellow artists!
