looking for collab partner by akitary
I'm finishing my collab with wolfrocket today, WOOT!
and I really really enjoyed it!
I'm a lot slower with drawing than painting (srsly), so I'd be happy to find someone to collab again (2D digital art). preferably a sketch/line artist whose work I can color. but I'm open for other ideas as well.
- i would like it to be an auction like we did with Wolfrocket, maybe YCH if you'd like that
- i do gore-y stuff if needed, but not sexual things
- I prefer fantasy/sci-fi themes
- I'm ok with realistic, kemono, and all other kinds of artworks style as long as they look good rendered
- because of hardware limitations my maximum canvas size is around ~3000x3000, apply only if you're okay with that
send me examples of your work, either in comments or in notes
I'll only consider people who are relatively close to my level (no disrespect to beginners, and I'm happy to work with you for non-commercial images later too! if you can't decide if you are good enough, feel free to still apply, i wont bite)
also I'd prefer artists who'm I have not worked with before this time, to explore and learn others art!
I'm a fairly slow painter, that is also why i would just prefer receiving a linework and being left to complete the painting in a few months.
(I could start sometime May.)

lol do not measure our level it is silly thing to do. We do paint differently but the collab suppose to make a unique mixture between 2 different artist styles, bring them together! ;>
Except scifi or hyper detailed city backgrounds or mecha/vechiles I am good with everything (anthro, animal, human, humanoid, nature/room/store/shop/marketplace/street/club backgrounds all good ;D)Also fine with YCH collab but you will need to do the social call for it, since I never did anything like that before ;D

sorry, I sometimes get a bit too competitive.
I can do the social call, then it's almost certain we'll get only furries to be interested. (my base is on FA)
And some epic fantasy scene would be nice :3 (I also prefer fantasy over sci-fi)I wonder if we could use Skype chat? Only if it's not too invasive for you o.o

I not mind anthro - nor feral (such as dragon/griphon or similar) - sadly I have major issues with FA like I hardly can reach it (that is why I am inactive there recently, my net somehow cant load the site properly, working on it tho) but if you can handle it I am totally up for it!
I just hope the site reach will be fixed for me soon - I have many things there I should respond on.Fantasy more comfortable for me as well - I think my elf characters telling a lot about it hahaha ;D
And sure we can exchange Skype for further discussion I will pm you my nick so you can add me!

Well I was going to toss my name in the hat, but I can't compete with Widdershins' skill lol. Still should be pretty sweet to see what pops out of that!

I am always up for collabing, though I cant work with clean lines. I am more of a painter then drawer but always can give it a go !
Though I prefer swapping files over the most common "one draws, other colours" set up and work a bit more equally on the piece :>
