Probably really old children's cartoons.

I can't exactly pin-point it to a specific moment, however; these are things that have ALWAYS appealed to me, even as a very young child. I remember reading Goosebump books and being fascinated when the theme of transformation came up. Same thing with cartoons. I always secretly hoped there'd be some sort of transformation stuff happening during cartoons.

Cartoons like Disney's Robin Hood, Looney Tunes, and Swat Kats and games like Star Fox really got me to like anthro animals and be very interested in talking animals. Everything just sort of progressed from there.
