Sorry I haven't posted as much as before. x__x
Since February, I begun to collaborate (do illustrations for and get paid) with a japanese company. It's interesting, they get a bunch of clients and then pick from their bunch of illustrator contributors someone with the style the clients are looking for their project and then contact you about your availability to work. I am very excited about this because it gives me some sort of "stability" when I lack on commission orders. xD
I was recruited back in 2013, but I just got my first tests and requests this year. They pay for everything, even if the client doesn't pick you for the job, they still pay you for your illustration test, which is what I like about them.

In other news...

I finished a watercolour Illustration for someone and I will post it as soon as I am able to ship it to him... Think I haven't been able to do because the bank did something super stupid with my debit card.
I was supposed to get a replacement for my deteriorated card on March 30 but didn't get it, 2 days after I called asking what was the status of the card's shipping (knowing that the messengers usually take some time to deliver), however they told me it has been already delivered.

YUP

They delivered it to the wrong address, and they cannot tell me unless I pay a fee to get the receipt of who signed for the card. So anyways I had to report it as stolen, which I did on April 2?, and they told me I would be getting a new card in 5 days, (which was today supposedly), so I waited only to find out the person who took my report didn't actually wrote down anything about the card replacement, soooo I had someone else to file the report for me today (telling me I would have to wait 5 days for a new card to arrive), and I asked them If I could get a temporary card while the personalized one arrived, because then I cannot withdraw money from the ATM, and they said it was fine and I could ask for a personalized card afterwards. So this previous time and this time I am asking them to bring my personalized card to the bank so that I can pick it up over there (so they don't screw up again).

In the meantime, I think I cannot withdraw from paypal?? I am not sure, but even if I can withdraw from paypal, I cannot withdraw from the bank unless I bring my contract, a contract that is who knows where because I signed it in 2006 xD (I was a student back then, and pretty unorganized) >_>

Oh before the bank incident, in middle march I sprained my ankle and lost my cellphone, so I had to buy a new one with the money I was saving for my pc xD!

But soon after that I got an email saying I am a finalist in a illustrator contest so I will fly to LA next year to compete with other 11 super talented illustrators 8)

So right now my life is like jumping up and down in a super crazy rhythm. I'll try my best to go with the flow, but I am kind of glad it has been interesting so far.
