Cons this year (where are ya'll going?) by FayV
I'll be at AC this year.
I considered doing my usual panels (Intro to suiting, suiting safety) depending on the interest. I'm still on the fence
MFF is a definite this year. I dunno if I gave you guys the news but I was approached to be staff for MFF this year and accepted a position as the coordinator for the Art Track panels. Woo!
So i'll be at MFF, prolly will do my usual panels and possibly a "Good Business Practices" for artists depending on if there's genuine interest in that one. Hoping maybe I can find some good freelance artists to cohost with me on that one, we'll see.

It's all depending if I get a job in the railroad or not. If I don't, I'll hopefully be at AC/BLFC, but if I do get it; I'll be off the face of the earth for a year.

I'll be going to AC (2nd time ever), FA:U (1st time ever), and Furpocalypse.

It's very intimate, in a good way. Small cons tend to have tight communities and that feels very welcoming. It's nice to walk out of your room and immediately see someone you may have met just the day before. They don't disappear in the crowd like at AC or other big cons.

Yeah my first con was AllFurFun 09, it's actually what convinced me to join the fandom.

My first con was FurFright the year before it turned into Furpocalypse. I had just moved to CT for work and knew nobody. I had been in the fandom for a long time prior to that, but wasn't social with it. It was definitely my breaking out point. Got myself a fursuit right after, got a Onefurall suit in the works, and started going to monthly meets in the area. No turning back now ^.^

Going to FurTheMore this year! It'll be my first convention!

AC is a distinct possibility for me this year, but I likely won't be able to make it for all four days. I do also plan to go to Tekko next month, but that's not a furry thing.

I've got the funds this time, I just need to get the days off of work, schedule a lift/learn to drive, and find a room to split with somebody. If nothing else, I could meet up outside of the con for dinner or something...

Only one I know for sure is Fur The More. Might do MWFF depending on how the year goes. Not sure I'll attend an in between.

Oaklacon for sure, AC maybe, and maybe something in between if I have the time.
I'm making more room for Wakarusa and Bonnaroo, which are kind of like cons, but instead of furries it's a bunch of hippies and beatniks hanging out together at giant music jams in the middle of nowhere. -
I'll be heading to MFF this year, missed out on last year so I'ma party extra hard this year!
