Greetings

Hoping that this community is closer than the first time everyone flooded to here.
it kinda seems to be a bit distant and the people don't really converse.
But maybe that's okay...Yet I don't know how to find artists now..
I do quite enjoy the layout for the site, it is really lovely. If only Fur affinity would have gotten their act together.. It's a shame what's all going on and all the confusion. Truly is not healthy for the community but I hope that everyone stays calm and we move through this together. Peace be with you lovelies u.u

Life update

Still studying Buddhism trying to have faith and believe in something, Buddhism fits so well because it promotes tranquility and kindness more so than anything I have encountered before.

    I'm trying to get the conversation flowing more. Just commenting on journals ( like this one!) and art as I see them. I'm not a terribly talkative person so I'm part of the problem XD

    Yeah, everybody is kinda jumping ship right now. Hopefully FA will figure this out.
    I like the layouts and such too, but you're right! It's hard to find artists.
    If Weasyl does become the new FA, they'll probably make it a little more user friendly. :3
    Buddhism sounds like it would be really peaceful.

      Sadly my mother can not know , there for this is yet another journey I must take alone (With out support)
      She is the type of person that thinks social anxiety is a fake thing all in your head,
      Depression is just laziness,
      And if you want to be in a religion then you HAVE to be a Catholic like her and attend church every
      sunday with her and the family, Wanting to be in another religion is always a punishment for me. She just gets angry and yells. u.u

        Oh man, I'm sorry to hear it. :/
        It's gotta be hard to live with that.
        Does she not realize what Buddhism even represents?
        The world could do with a few more enlightened individuals. You're doing something great, for yourself!, and if she can't accept it, that's her problem not yours. :3
        Maybe sit down with her, and explain how much it means to you, and that its not a cult or whatever she thinks it is. It's not like you're signing up for ISIS. lol
        I hope it all works out for you, your mom, and your studies.

    I am always amused with how things play out. So for me competition is a blessing, it forces the players to stay current and be proactive in making the community stronger as well as the product better.
