Terms of Service
By commissioning me you are agreeing that you understand and accept these terms and conditions.
1. Commissions:
Please provide visual and/or clearly typed references, and your desired commission type. I do not accept 'holds' or bribery for my commissions. If you attempt any of these I may refuse your application. I do not take commissions for explicit NSFW content, tasteful or artistic nudity is acceptable. If there is an issue with the subject I will do my best to be flexible to give you something you want as well as something I am capable of drawing with quality.

3. Payment:
   The full price is to be paid in full before I begin your commission, and can be sent after I confirm the application with you and send my Paypal info. There have been too many times I have worked hard and waited patiently for customers who end up claiming to have 'canceled' or 'sent the payment already'. If I do not receive your pay within one week of confirmation, I may cancel your commission. It is fair to expect that if you are to hire me, that you currently have the funds to do so.

4. Refunds/Revisions:
   Refunds may only be given in cases where the commission is incomplete. If I have chosen to cancel your commission for any reason, I will refund you in full, so long as the commission is incomplete. If you are not satisfied with the finished product I will do up two revisions, or a live-stream to receive your immediate feedback, however, I cannot refund the piece as it is still considered completed.

5. Ownership/Credit:
   You agree not to resell, redistribute, alter, and/or claim my work as your own for your own profit. Credit of the artwork belongs to me, and any character(s) depicted belongs to their rightful owners. If the character(s) depicted does not belong to you, I expect that you have the permission of the rightful owner to use them in your commission. Art theft and/or fraud will not be tolerated.
