basically i was in the attic trying to get something and there are really no beams or pieces of wood to walk on. just insulation, so i was trying to reach something far and lost my grip and I stomped into a heap of insulation, and then proceeded to go through the insulation, then the ceiling, also punting the light fixture out along with it.
