Zorayda's TOS

These terms of service are used when I am being commissioned for artwork. If you do not wish to adhere to the rules below, you may not commission me for work.

My work

1. Is all digitally done with a tablet. I usually lay down a sketch and do lineart in SAI, and color/detail in Photoshop CS6. However, sometimes I will use SAI entirely for simpler drawings.
2. Consists of mostly animals and anthros. Though I can draw humans and human technology/machinery etc., I prefer not to. I reserve the right to turn down those who commission me for such things.
3. Is not free to use for roleplaying, characters, etc. You must commission me for your custom artwork to be able to use it freely for personal use. This means you MAY NOT color my lineart without expressly asking me first!

Rules

1. NSFW art is allowed, but there are exceptions: scat, vore, watersports, death, gore, cub art, and any other extreme fetishes I do not wish to draw. I reserve the right to decline drawing anything you ask me to draw.
2. You MUST pay my base prices up front before I begin work on your commission.
3. I will work on the clock and time my work. You will pay me for the total time in (hours x price/hr)-base price before I give you the completed work. If you are confused as to how this works, contact me.
4. The work you buy from me may not be claimed as your own or sold after you obtain it. Personal use only. If you buy a sketch or lineart from me, you are allowed to color it or alter it in any way you wish; however, YOU MAY NOT CHANGE MY ARTWORK WITHOUT PERMISSION IF YOU DID NOT COMMISSION ME FOR IT.
5. You may request to have my characters in your work, but I reserve the right to turn you down if I don't like what you are asking them to do in the image.
6. If you back out of a commission and request a refund while I am drawing the artwork, you will not obtain the art and I will not upload it. I will refund your money.
7. NO REFUNDS UPON RECEIPT OF COMMISSIONS. No negotiations.
8. I reserve the right to post your commission in my gallery. If you do not wish to be mentioned as the owner of the commission, let me know.

Those who do not follow these rules or harass me for art/lowering my prices will be blocked or reported, and I will not accept any commissions requests from you. Please be courteous and kind when asking me for art!
