Patreon - What would YOU like to see/receive??? by Shadderstag

So I am finally (slowly) working on getting a Patreon together. Thing is, I really want my Patreon to be about YOU GUYS, and what YOU want. I mean, I have projects galore I could use Patreon for, but for the time being I am much more interested in connecting with those of you who enjoy my artwork.

I've been Streaming regularly to try and connect with you all more, and I have no plans to stop doing that anytime soon. For those who don't know, I take sketch commissions every Sunday on Tigerdile, as well as Stream for fun throughout the week. Things I've considered offering for Patreon:

  • access to WIPs and sketches
  • access to patron-only activity feed
  • access to Patreon exclusive sketchbook
  • access to hi-res files of all completed artworks
  • free sketches, complexity depending on tier
  • character/creature design lottery

Is there ANTYHING else you guys would be interested in seeing from me? I'm not entirely certain what it is people Follow me for haha

I've got almost 250 Followers (!!!!!) so any input would be appreciated guys! Even if you don't plan on becoming a Patron, your moral support is still amazing and I'm thankful for all y'all <3

    I think you have me covered with what you got there. And I say probably set a few milestone goals that you are comfortable with, too. Obviously you won't want to create more work than you can handle in a month, too. So always keep that in mind. Like, if you do do a design raffle, you may want to make it a milestone goal :D

    Speaking of designs, I was thinking about egg adoptables the other day and thought it would be a neat idea to do some "fossil" adopts, rather than eggs. Like a partial skeleton or imprint of a shell or something along those lines. Or even a skull/molting/shed skin type dealy. Could be interesting.

      I have it written down so that once the first milestone is reached, it unlocks the design lottery and then each pledge tier gets a different amount of tickets entered into the monthly lottery ($1 gets one, $5 gets 2, $50 gets 5, etc) and then at the second milestone a new pledge tier unlocks and those that buy it bypass the design lottery altogether and win their way to victory and get to basically commission me to make a design to their specifications while working with me via Stream. And of course the higher tiers are limited so that I don't overwhelm myself.

      ....I really like the skull idea. Especially since skulls can still leave SO MUCH ROOM for interpretation. I mean look at a whale skull. Or a platypus. You'd never guess the type of body they had from skull alone. HM. I shall consider this!
