The girlfriend got out of surgery without any complications, she spent a night for observation and they have given her some pretty powerful medication that will keep her out of action for at least another week.
There is also now a chance since she is not earning too much right now that she can apply for financial aid which will cover anywhere between 80% to 100% off the price of the surgery, IF they give it too her.

I want to thank all those who have helped so far, I am sitting on around £320 in my PayPal to be transferred over which will bolster us to about $488/89 USD which is a nice little sum but nowhere near enough for what the hospital wants, fortunately were put on a little payment plan until the paperwork is done, which is a nice relief.
Commissions remain open, sorry if it takes me a little while to get back to you im working on a few at a time and leaving the big projects until the small ones are swept up.

My fiancée has been quiet sick lately and it turns out she needs to have a rather intrusive operation and we simply cannot afford it.
