Hi!

Well I'm back...been online since Friday, just for short periods. I'm still unpacking over at my sisters place.

The Goodbye...

Well after spending most of Saturday cleaning out the house, made one trip to the recyclers and three trips to Goodwill and the junk men were there most of the day...the house is finally cleaned out.

This is the first time in 68 years (and me living there 47 of those years) the house hasn't been this empty since it was bought back in 1947 and the price for a new house back then...$9500...

It started as a 2 bedroom 1 bath with a 2 car detached garage and a huge backyard...today it was a 4 bedroom 2 bath place I called home...and sold at auction for...$275,000...

So this Tuesday will be the hand off to the new owners and my final goodbye to the place.
