Training today was great, aside from the constant issue with my California paperwork.

The department moved to the drill tower on Airport Rd to do some work in the tower's maze. It was really interesting to see and hear as they worked on communication.

Wish I could have enjoyed it more but the Chief told me he can't accept the letter the Department of Justice in CA gave me wasn't notarized / official. I need to call everyone and their dog again tomorrow and figure out why there's a disconnect in getting things done correctly the first go around.

If need be, I'll fly out there and personally give them a piece of my mind. At least then I'll have what I need and I'll get to visit family for a brief moment. Won't have any money left to my name after that though.
