Okay so most of you know Nintendo has not been doing well and I for the most part defended them because they did a lot of things right, not to mention their games unlike other AAA titles are always released in a functioning state. However recently Nintendo HAS been doing some serious stupid crap, one being not releasing the New Nintendo 3DS with the faceplates and the other having the new 3DS XL not come with a charger. However they're doing something that you'd expect EA to do, just take a look at tier new youtube program. It's so bad that even Pewdiepie bashed it on his Tumblr. The program (unlike other game companies) has it to where any video made with Nintendo games has you giving a small portion of your youtube money to Nintendo (only if your a part of the program). Now this sucks because YouTube gives their partners money as we all now but they also get a portion back which is understandable (with you getting 60% and YouTube getting 40% on the $1 you make from ads) however nintendo's program again takes a portion which still has youtube getting some of the money with you getting not as much as before (with you getting 42%, YouTube still getting 40% and Nintendo getting 18% of each dollar you get). This is not only bad for youtubers but it's also bad for Nintendo (shows how desprate they are....) so if your planning on doing Nintendo videos (and I hate to even say this but..), do not do any videos until they hopefully fix this stupid program....
